If a membership expired and was deactivated, or if a member dropped, the membership be easily reactivated on the members profile tab.
- On the member's Profile tab, click the icon in the Memberships section for the dropped membership
- Click Re-activate Membership. The Membership page will be displayed and the original membership will be displayed
- Make any needed changes. Pay close attention to Fee Items Next and Bill Dates. If the membership was dropped for non-payment and the member has now paid, you will probably wish to extend the next bill date.
- Click Done
A note indicating that the membership was re-activated will automatically be logged on the Communication tab.
