Reactivate Membership

If a membership expired and was deactivated, or if a member dropped, the membership be easily reactivated on the members profile tab.

  1. On the member's Profile tab, click the   icon in the Memberships section for the dropped membership
  2. Click Re-activate Membership. The Membership page will be displayed and the original membership will be displayed

  3. Make any needed changes. Pay close attention to Fee Items Next and Bill Dates. If the membership was dropped for non-payment and the member has now paid, you will probably wish to extend the next bill date. 
  4. Click Done

A note indicating that the membership was re-activated will automatically be logged on the Communication tab.

 

Did you know... The Membership Change Report may be used to view and analyze all membership changes.
