IMPORTANT: If your event is synced to GoToWebinar or Zoom, do not resend confirmations from GrowthZone! The GrowthZone confirmations do not contain the connection info for the event. Please log directly into your GoToWebinar or Zoom account and resend confirmations from there! |
Go to the Attendees tab of your event.
- On the Attendees tab, find the attendee that is requesting the confirmation email.
- Click the three dots to the far right of that attendee.
- Select "Resend Confirmation".
