This will customize the message at the top of your referral form.

1. Click Setup in the Navigation Panel.
2. Click Info Hub Settings in the Website section.
3. Click into the text box under the "Referral Form message and add/edit the text you wish to display.

   

This message will appear at the top of your Info Hub Referral Form.
