Disable Info Hub Access
print icon

You can easily "turn off" a users access to the Info Hub. Disabling access, rather than deleting access, allows the system to reserve this members user name and password, so that you can easily re-enable in the future. This should be used when you wish to temporarily disable a member's access.

IMPORTANT: The Disable option is only available if the user has created their login credentials. If they have not then the Disable button will not be displayed.

  1. In the individual contact profile tab, click the ellipsis icon in the upper right screenshot and select User Login.

  3. Click the Disable button. This will complete the action and the window will close. If you open the Edit User Access window again, you will see that the account has been disabled.
