Uploading Documents to the Cloud

Documents may be uploaded directly within the Cloud module, or within other modules in the software. To upload a document in the Cloud module:

 

  1. Click Cloud in the left hand navigation panel.  Select the file folder to which you want to add the file. NOTE: You can also add additional folders to the cloud. See Adding a New Folder.
  2. Click the Choose File button. NOTE: File size may be a maximum of 200 MBytes.
  3. Navigate to the desired file and select.  A progress bar will display the progress in importing the file. NOTE: If a file by the same name already exists, you will be asked if you wish to replace the file. Choosing yes will over-write the existing document.
