Prior to inactivating the office either Move or Transfer a Agent(s) to a New Office OR Inactivate the Agent(s). NRDS will not allow you to inactivate an office if there are active agents attached to it.
To inactivate an office:
- Confirm that all agents are either inactive or have been moved to another office.
- For the desired office, click the Real Estate tab.
- Click the pencil icon in the NRDS Integration section.
- Choose Inactive from the Status list.
- Click Done to save the status change.
Provided the sync to NRDS is enabled, within the next five minutes the update will be sent to NRDS.
