Should you need to suspend all agents in a particular office because agents have not paid dues, you will be able to do this, in bulk, within the Memberships module.

1. Click Memberships in the left-hand navigation panel and click the Unpaid tab.

   

    
2. Apply desired filters to the list of invoices.
3. Click the  adjacent to Add Late Fees/Suspend Members and choose Suspend Offices.

   

4. Click Apply Changes to confirm that you wish to suspend the offices and agents as summarized on the confirmation dialog box.

   

All agents who work at an office with an unpaid member will be marked as suspended in GrowthZone and lose access to MLS, lockbox, and/or NRDS per their membership type rules you have defined under in Setup → Membership Settings → Real Estate Settings.
