Branches may  become agencies over time. Use the following steps to update your database:

1. Remove the relationship between the Branch and its parent Agency:
   • On the Branch’s Overview tab click the X  next to the parent agency in the Parent Organization section. The Branch status will now be listed as Non-member in GrowthZone.

   

2. Add a membership designated as sync as member or sync as affiliate to the Branch, as described in Add a Membership to a Contact.

Once the membership has been added, the change will be recognized, and will be synced to AD.
