FLEX - Add Office

  1. For the desired office, click the Real Estate tab
  2. Click the pencil icon in the MLS Information section.
     

  3. Enter the Login ID for this office. Once the Login ID has been entered, the Request Tech ID button will be displayed. Follow your standard naming convention for Login Id. 
     

  4. Click the Request Tech ID button. This button will only be visible once you have populated the Login ID.
  5. Click OK to confirm that you wish to request a Tech ID. The ID will be populated in the Main Office ID field and Tech ID field above
  6. Click Done
  7. In the MLS Information section, click the pencil icon again.
  8. Click the Sync with MLS check-box
  9. Enter the following information:

    • Office License Number  
    • MLS Status: Active or Inactive
    • Main Office ID: If this office has a parent office, enter the Tech Id of the parent
    • Office Broker ID: Enter the Tech Id of the office broker
    • Broker Load Level: None - the user cannot edit any listings OR Office - the user can edit any listing in their office

    • Visible: If false, the office cannot be retrieved in accounts search results without a Privileged or Replication role. 
    • FbsBillable: Indicates whether the office is billable in the FlexMLS system. Will default to false if not populated. 
    • ShortId: The short identifier for this office in the system. Must be between 1 and 15 characters long. Must be unique by office. Follow your naming convention

  10. Click Done

 

The office record will now sync with FLEX with no further interaction on your part, within the next five minutes. 

 

IMPORTANT!

  • Office Parent (Main Office Id) can be set initially for a new account. After that, it can NOT be changed via the integration. To update, make the change in FLEX, then be sure to update GrowthZone to keep the two systems in sync.
  • Login Id can be set via GrowthZone for a new account. After that, it can NOT be changed via the integration. To update, make the change in FLEX, then be sure to update GrowthZone to keep the two systems in sync.
  • Short Id can be set via GrowthZone for a new account. After that, it can NOT be changed via the integration. To update, make the change in FLEX, then be sure to update GrowthZone to keep the two systems in sync.
