Agents can be manually inactivated from the agent's Real Estate tab. NOTE: You can also tie the agent's MLS status to membership status, thereby automating this process. See Link NRDS, MLS, Lockbox Status to Membership Status for instructions.

1. For the desired agent, click the Real Estate tab

   

2. In the MLS Information section, click the pencil icon

   

3. Select Inactive from the MLS Status List.  
4. Click Done

The updated agent record will be synced with FLEX in the next 5 minutes
