With a few exceptions, updates made to the data sent to FLEX for agents will be sent to FLEX automatically. Edits made to contact information on the Profile tab will be sent.
Exceptions: You cannot change an agent's short id, long id, or office via integration. You will first need to update by going into FLEX then update in GrowthZone to keep the two systems in sync. Once you have updated those items in FLEX, follow the steps below to also update in GrowthZone.
- For the desired agent, click the Real Estate tab
- Click the pencil icon in the MLS Information section
- Make desired changes
- Click Done
Updates will be sent to FLEX with no further interaction on your part within the next five minutes.
