Manually Unsubscribe a Contact from a List/Committee

Contacts can be unsubscribed either from the Lists/Committees module or on the contact's profile tab.

 

Unsubscribe from the Lists/Committees module:

  1. For the desired list, click the Roster tab

  2. For the contact you wish to unsubscribe, click the pencil icon 
  3. Tick the Do not Email checkbox

  4. Click Done

 

Unsubscribe from Contact's Profile tab:

  1. For the desired contact, select the Profile tab

  2. In the Lists/Committees section click the pencil icon for the desired list

  3. Tick the Do Not Contact box
  4. Click Done
