Chapter Owners have the ability to view the Member Roster and Member Roster Billing Status reports. To make these reports available to chapter owners you must have the following setup:

• Show Reports in the Hub must be enabled. 
• An Owner(s) must be assigned to a chapter. See Add Owners to Chapters for instructions.
• The owner(s) of the chapter must be given Create access to reports.
