You are able to customize your sponsor registration options via the Sponsor Registration Options on the Sponsor Setup tab.
- In your event, navigate to the Sponsor Setup tab.
- Click the edit pencil in the Sponsor Registration Options section.
- In the Sponsor Registration Options window, select your options.
- General Settings:
- Registration Start (optional): If you wish to open sponsor registration on a specific date, use the calendar dropdown to select OR type the date in manually. This date is independent of the Attendee Registration Start Date.
- Registration End (optional): If you wish to close sponsor registration on a specific date, use the calendar dropdown to select OR type the date in manually. This date is independent of the Attendee Registration End Date.
- Enable Registration: Enable this option to allow contacts to register for sponsorships. If registration start date and end date is selected but registration is not enabled, contacts will not be able to register even during the set date range!
- Display All Attendee Registration Types (optional): Selecting this option will display any/all attendee registration types along with the sponsorship registration options on the sponsor registration page.
- Show Registration Link on Event Page (optional): Selecting this option will display a "Sponsor Registration" button below the the "Register" button on the event details page IF there is no Sponsor Registration End Date set OR the Sponsor Registration End Date is in the future. If you do not wish public registration for sponsors, you can leave this option disabled and register sponsors either via the back office only or email the registration link directly to any potential sponsors.
- Billing and Checkout:
- Allow Invoicing (optional): you can allow sponsorships registrations to be invoiced vs paid with a credit card. This setting is independent of the Attendee Registration Options and allows you to invoice sponsors while not allowing attendees to be invoiced. When this is selected, you will also have the option to select Include Invoice in Confirmation Email. This will make it easy for the sponsor to pay the invoice immediately.

This setting is independent of the Attendee Registration Options and allows you to invoice sponsors while not allowing attendees to be invoiced. When this is selected, you will also have the option to select Include Invoice in Confirmation Email. This will make it easy for the sponsor to pay the invoice immediately.
- General Settings:
- Click Done to save your choices.
