At times you may wish to remove a folder from the Resources within the Cloud. IMPORTANT: The folder must be empty of any files. If it is not you will not be able to delete the folder. The X icon which allows you to delete will not be displayed if there are files in the folder. To ensure that the file folder is empty you can either move the file to another folder or delete the file. 

Move a File to a Different Resources Folder

1. Within the Cloud module click the Resources tab.
2. Click the folder from which you wish to move resources.

   

3. For the desired resource click the ellipsis and choose Edit.
4. Choose the folder to which you wish to move the file from the Folder drop-down list.

   

5. Click Done. 

Delete a File from a Resources Folder

1. Within the Cloud module click the Resources tab.
2. Click the folder from which you wish to delete resources
3. Click the click the ellipsis for the file you wish to delete. 
4. Click Delete Resource. 

   

5. Click OK to confirm you wish to delete the file.
6. Click Done

Delete a Folder from Resources

1. Within the Cloud module, click the Resources tab.
2. Click the X for the file you wish to delete.

   

3. Click OK to confirm you wish to delete the folder.
