Google Search Console - Pages Not Showing Up On Google

Please follow the guided list below if your website has module pages on the subdomain that are not showing up on Google.

 

STEP 1

  1. See if the webpage URL is on Google or not.
  2. Go to the URL page in question.
  3. Copy.
  4. Go to the Google search bar.
  5. Type "site://" paste the copied URL right after (ex. site://https://subdomain.example.com/page).

 

  • If you see example 1 then your page is ON Google, if you see example 2 then your page is NOT on Google.

STEP 2

  1. If your page is NOT on Google.
  2. Check to see if you have a Google Search Console account set up.
  3. Go to https://search.google.com/search-console/about.
  4. Click START NOW.
  5. Login and check.
  6. If you do not have an account check and see if GrowthZone's Web Support Team has an account set up.
  7. Email the team at [email protected].
  8. If GrowthZone does not have an account set up you would need to create one.

 

 

STEP 3

  1. Back in Google Search Console, create an account and add your domain.
  2. Choose the option to add a TXT record to your DNS Records.
  3. Copy the record and send to either your web team or the GrowthZone Web Support team; whoever is in charge of your DNS Records, to be added.
  4. Once added, click verify.

                

                  

 

 

STEP 4

  1. Once you have access to your account in Google Search Console.
  2. Grab your Sitemap URL by going to your subdomain sitemap URL.
  3. It can be found at subdomain.yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml.
  4. Copy the URL.
  5. In Google Search Console click the Sitemap Tab.
  6. Paste the URL.
  7. Click Submit.
  8. Google can take a few days to several weeks to index all of your pages.

 

                  

 

 

STEP 5

  1. If some pages are still not showing up on Google.
  2. Copy the page URL that is not showing up on Google.
  3. Go to Google Search Console.
  4. Click on the URL Inspection search bar at the very top.
  5. Paste the URL.
  6. Click Enter.
  7. Once the page loads and says that it is NOT on Google.
  8. Click Index Live URL/Test Live URL.
  9. Give it a few days and the page should now be on Google.

 

               

 

 

STEP 6

  1. If you are having further issues with the page(s) not showing.
  2. Contact Google Support https://support.google.com/webmasters/?hl=en#topic=9128571.
