Approving Sponsors

Regardless if a Sponsor registers themselves OR if they are registered by staff, Sponsors MUST BE APPROVED before they will receive their Sponsor Display benefits.
 

To approve a sponsor:

  1. Go to the Sponsors tab of your event.
  2. Find the sponsor you wish to approve; they will be in Pending status.

  3. Click the ellipsis at the far right and select "Approve".

  4. Select OK if you wish to approve the Sponsor.

  5. The Sponsor is now approved and will have the Sponsor Display Options as configured for their registration type applied moving forward.
