Special Topic: Member Belongs to Multiple GrowthZone Organizations

It does happen that sometimes, individuals belong to more than one association, and sometimes, both those associations are using GrowthZone (or ChamberMaster). The member may experience difficulty logging into the Info Hub, may find themselves randomly in the other organization's Info Hub/MIC and/or MemberPlus app, or may be unable to switch from one organization's Info Hub/MIC/MemberPlus app to the other. Again, this is due to having potentially conflicting permissions attached to a single email address that may span across several organizations' databases.

Best practice for such members is to use separate email accounts for each organization's login. While potentially inconvenient, this practice separates the login accounts from each other and prevents database crossover and data confusion.

For example:

John Smith has a bakery- Nibbles- that is in an area that is covered by two separate Chambers of Commerce (Chamber A and Chamber B). John belongs to both Chambers to maximize his customer reach and area of awareness, and as it happens, both Chambers use GrowthZone for their AMS.

John can log into Chamber A's Info Hub and MemberPlus app, but cannot switch to Chamber B's Info Hub/MemberPlus app; or, sometimes finds himself logged into Chamber B's Info Hub/MemberPlus app instead, with no way to return to Chamber A's site/app. For Chamber B, he should use a totally separate email address so the overall GrowthZone databases can differentiate between his two Chamber logins.
