Update Your Chamber/Association Contact Information

Over time your association/chamber contact information (phone, address, etc. may change). Your system is pulling that information into various templates and website pages based on the contact information that is on your GrowthZone record so it will be important to keep it up to date. 

 

To update your GrowthZone record:

 

  1. In the left-hand navigation panel click Contacts.
  2. Search for your chamber/association record. It will be indicated by a flag icon.

  3. Click the hyper-link for your chamber/association
  4. Update your logo if needed. See Update Contact/Organization Logo/Image.
  5. Update your contact information as needed. See Add/Update Contact Information.

 

This change will impact your database in places where your data pulls from, such as

  • The Contact Us module page
  • Email templates with these merge fields
  • {{ TENODisplayName }}
  • {{ TENPPhoneNumber }}
  • {{ TENEAEmailAddress }}
  • Document Templates, such as invoices
