There are several GZ Pay Reports that can be found on the Overview tab of the Billing Module.  The following table outlines differences among some of the reports.  If you are researching an unknown charge, the GZ Pay Transfers Report followed by the GZ Pay Transfers Detail report provide helpful information. See the Use Case at the end of this article for specific information.  

 

Report Name	What it Contains	Possible Uses
GZ Pay Monthly Transfers	Shows transfers/deposits sent to operating bank account.  Allows filters to payment gateway, month and year.	Month at-a-glance viewing. Click on the ID to see a quick view of the transactions that occurred in the month.
GZ Pay Transfers Report	Shows specific transfers filterable by date range. Other date filters may be applied.	See the transfer that was deposited in the bank, the credit card fees and the operating bank account of deposit. Research unknown bank charges. Use the ID and compare it with details found in the GZ Pay Transfers Detail Report. Summarize By Date Paid and ID for easier comparison.
GZ Pay Transfers Details Report	A full report of transfers made by Stripe, customer information, credit card fees, total and gross amounts, credit card fees, and credit card information.	See bank deposit information by individual transactions and details. Follow totals for payments or refunds.  Summarize by Transfer Date and Transfer ID to help match details to bank statement.

Use Case: Research Unknown Charges

In the GZ Pay Transfers Report, copy the ID in question.  Open the GZ Pay Transfers Details Report and add the Additional Criteria/Filter: Transfer ID, Equals, paste the copied ID.  This will populate specific information related to the transfer.
