There are 2 options for using classes with the QuickBooks Online integration. Option 1 is recommended.

Option 1:
Use Classes Only in QuickBooks Online *recommended |
Assign transaction classes to a product/service in QuickBooks Online. Any time a transaction syncs from GrowthZone to QuickBooks Online and maps to that product/service, the class will be applied to that line item. If you select this option you do not have to complete any mapping for classes in Setup -> Integrations -> QuickBooks Online -> Transaction Classes.

Option 2:
Configure Classes in GrowthZone and Map to QuickBooks Online |
We only recommend this option if you have previously configured classes in GrowthZone for use with QuickBooks Desktop. Any classes you assign in GrowthZone will be overridden by classes assigned to a product/service in QuickBooks Online. Complete the mapping Transaction Classes.
