It is best practice to include links to documents, rather than attach files. Attachments may cause emails to be blocked, and there may be maximum file sizes allowed by some email providers preventing your attachments from reaching the final destination. Your GrowthZone software includes a Cloud, to which you can easily upload documents and create sharing links to include in your email.
If you do need to attach a file to an email, in the Send Email window is an option to attach a file. Please keep in mind the file type and size may affect the deliverability of your email.
Clicking the Attach Files button will open the Attach Files window. Be default it will open the GrowthZone Cloud, where you can find a file you have previously uploaded, OR you can click the Choose Files button to browse your computer for the file.
Choosing a file from your computer will upload it to the folder you have open in the Cloud, and will automatically select that file for attachment.
Click Done and the file will be attached to the email.
If needed, you can click the "X" to remove the file from the email.
When the email is ready, either schedule it for later delivery or click Send to send it.
