Timeline Item Applied To New Opportunities

A timeline item can be automatically assigned when you first create an opportunity.

  1. Click Setup in the Navigation panel
  2. Click General Settings in the Sales Funnel section

  3. From the Timeline Item Applied to New Inquiries select the item you want to place on your timeline when a new opportunity is created.
  4. Click Save.
