Resend Staff User Credentials Setup Instructions

When a new staff user is setup in your system, an email is automatically sent to them to create their user name and password. If a user does not receive notification to setup credentials, or they have not setup their credentials, you can resend the setup instructions:

  1. In the Navigation panel, select Setup.
  2. Click the Staff Setup link in the Staff and Users Access section.
  3. Click the ellipsis  in the Actions column and select Resend Invite.
  4. The system will resend the email with the staff access login credential information.
