Re-enable a Staff User

If you have disabled a staff user log-in, you can easily re-enable it:

  1. In the Navigation panel, select Setup.
  2. Click the Staff Setup link in the Staff and Users Access section.
  3. On the Staff Users tab, click the Enable Login icon    for the desired staff user. You will be asked to confirm that you wish to enable the login.

  4. Click OK.


The status of this user will now be displayed as Active and the user will be able to use the same user name and password used previously.
